Position: General Construction Laborer / Construction Helper Location: Aurora, Colorado Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends optional) Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime available) Contact: Denver Metro Office: 303-238-1330 Job Summary We are currently hiring General Construction Laborers / Construction Helpers for work on an active commercial construction site in Aurora, Colorado. This is a hands-on position supporting a variety of trades on a busy job site. Responsibilities include loading and unloading building materials, demolition work, grading, general site labor, sweeping and cleaning, removing construction debris, digging and trenching, and using basic construction hand tools. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and on timeAssist with loading and unloading materials and equipmentPerform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removalSupport grading, digging, and trenching operationsUse basic hand tools and follow direction from supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized job siteRequirements Strong communication skills and ability to follow directionAbility to lift 25 pounds or more consistently throughout the dayMust wear all required PPE while on the construction siteReliable, dependable, and able to maintain good attendanceWillingness to work in outdoor conditions and active job environmentsMinimum Hiring Requirements Minimum of 6 months continuous commercial construction experienceOn-the-job safety training with a licensed commercial contractorAbility to pass a background check and drug testMust have reliable transportation to and from the job siteWe are looking for individuals who are ready to work, take direction, and contribute to a productive job site.
