Excavation laborer Small excavation company looking for a dependable entry-level laborer. No experience required—will train the right person. Must be reliable and ready for physical outdoor work. Responsibilities: Assist with excavation and site preparation Load and unload materials and equipment Perform general labor tasks as directed by the crew leader Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Requirements: Must have a current driver’s license and a reliable means of getting to the shop each day. The shop is located in Perkasie, PA 18944 Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and dependability Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Prior construction or excavation experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Compensation & Schedule: Work is weather-dependent, and hours may vary based on conditions and project needs Weekly earnings typically range from $1,000 to $1,250, based on project scope and hours worked (weather permitting) This is a seasonal role, with work typically available from spring through fall If you’re looking for hands-on work and are comfortable with a variable schedule, we encourage you to apply.
