You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring clinical excellence. Responsibilities Medication & Treatment Administration Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision, monitoring patients for side effects and effectiveness. Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and confidential. Patient Care & Clinical Practice Provide comprehensive and professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the SANC scope of practice. Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Infection Control & Safety Compliance Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery across all shifts. Respond effectively to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as part of the resuscitation team. Requirements Valid SANC registration as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing protocols Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach Experience in specialized units (ICU, Trauma, etc.) is a plus Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
