Blue View Builder is a growing modular construction company specializing in cold-form steel homes. Our mission is to is to make construction affordable by combining modular components, site-built construction, computer aided construction, and green initiatives. We are looking for an Entry Level General Laborer to join our team and support our projects across California and beyond. Responsibilities Assist with construction site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Support skilled trades (masonry, equipment operators, carpenters) as needed. Load, unload, and move materials and tools safely. Travel overnight to job sites as required (lodging provided, per diem for meals, mileage reimbursement if personal vehicle is used). Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work collaboratively with foreman and crew to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in general construction labor (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply). Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying environments. Willingness to travel overnight (home on weekends). Flexibility to work at different job sites (Bay Area, Los Angeles, Big Bear, Central Valley, and initially San Diego County). Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
