The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic security setting. Job Responsibilities: Monitor all areas of the club/hotel premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and internal facilities.Screen and control access points, verifying guest and staff identification as needed.Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.Enforce club/hotel policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe environment.Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and support as required.Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and logs.Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.Qualifications: Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.Strong observational and communication skills.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.Valid security license or certification as per local regulations (if applicable).Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Benefits: Competitive salaryFixed Schedule and TimeTraining and development opportunitiesThis position is vital for maintaining a safe environment, protecting assets, and ensuring peace of mind for all stakeholders.
