Security Supervisors

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our organization. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by implementing effective security protocols and monitoring all security personnel to ensure adherence to established guidelines. This role requires a strong leader with an acute sense of awareness regarding potential security threats and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional managerial skills, allowing them to coordinate a team of security officers, conduct regular training sessions, and develop emergency response plans.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on shift. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a visible security presence. Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms or incidents promptly. Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their performance. Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding security incidents and investigations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory security role or related field. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage security staff effectively. Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and incident documentation. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
