Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM Wed 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Thur 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Fri 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM Sat 08:30 AM - 01:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help control access, observe visitor and employee activity, and support site protocols for deliveries, escorts, and/or after-hours activity. Support emergency and alarm response activities by following post orders, communicating with appropriate personnel, and assisting with orderly response procedures during medical, fire, and/or other location incidents. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
