Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Flex/On-Call/As Needed Armed Security Officer in the West Chester, North Wales, and New Britain, PA areas (floater). You must be able to be available to work 1st and 2nd shifts as needed! This position offers a pay rate of $30.00/hr, paid on weekly basis. This position is Monday - Friday (days and hours can vary depending on operational need). Requirements Must be able to pass a psychological exam and background check.Must have prior police or military experience.Must have the Pennsylvania ACT 235 credential.Must be able to patrol outside perimeter.Excellent customer service skills.Reliable transportation to and from work.Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is required.Must have at least 1 year of security experience with computer knowledge.Experience with security monitor systems (i.e. CCTV). A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
