The General Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, manage VAT. claims. Daily tasks include processing invoices, performing reconciliations, analyzing budgets, and assisting with financial audits. The individual will also oversee accounts payable and receivable processes while supporting overall financial management within the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Accounting Standards Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation Experience with Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel Solid Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Numerical Skills Effective Communication and Organizational Skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Salary: R20,0000 possibly with profit share
