Job Overview: We are currently hiring professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officers for the SKIMS retail location at SouthPark Mall. This position serves as a visible security presence and front-door greeter while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and merchandise. Professional appearance is extremely important for this position. A business suit is mandatory while on duty. Available Schedules: 1 Full-Time Position: Approx. 40 Hours Weekly 1 Part-Time Position: Approx. 30 Hours Weekly Operating Schedule: Sunday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Responsibilities: Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the store entrance Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Monitor customer activity and store traffic Help deter theft, suspicious activity, and policy violations Observe and report incidents to management Maintain awareness of merchandise and store assets Work closely with store leadership and staff Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Requirements: Active security license (if applicable) Professional business attire/suit required at all times Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods Previous security, retail, or customer service experience preferred Professional demeanor and appearance required Must be dependable and observant Why Join Us?
