Qualifications Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferredExperience• 1 year of law enforcement, security, military or other relevant experience required• Advanced military, law enforcement or security training preferredLicenses and Certifications• DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• GUARD - State of California Guard Card requiredCHS HealthStream Course• CPS - OC (Pepper) Spray Endorsement required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position
