Seeking armed & unarmed guards. Multiple positions available for immediate hire! We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Armed Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, staff, and visitors. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individuals who can handle emergency situations, prevent losses, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patrols of the property to identify potential security threats and address any issues promptly. - Respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner, providing assistance as needed. - Manage conflicts and incidents, using conflict management skills to resolve issues peacefully. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff, customers, and law enforcement. - Participate in regular training and drills to stay up-to-date on security procedures and protocols. - Work closely with other security personnel to ensure seamless communication and a unified security presence. Requirements: - Possess a current and valid Commission card - Have experience in working High risk Apartments and conflict management. - Possess a background in law enforcement or a related field. - Demonstrate a militarized mindset, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. - Be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
