The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, staff, and visitors. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individuals who can handle emergency situations, prevent losses, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patrols of the property to identify potential security threats and address any issues promptly. - Respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner, providing assistance as needed. - Manage conflicts and incidents, using conflict management skills to resolve issues peacefully. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff, customers, and law enforcement. - Participate in regular training and drills to stay up-to-date on security procedures and protocols. - Work closely with other security personnel to ensure seamless communication and a unified security presence. Requirements: - Possess a current and valid Commission card - Have experience in working High risk Apartments and conflict management. - Possess a background in law enforcement or a related field. - Demonstrate a militarized mindset, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. - Be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
