We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee field operations and support daily branch activities. This role combines leadership, field supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality security services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support field security officers Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with policies and post orders Respond to call-offs, scheduling needs, and field issues Complete incident reports and documentation Train and onboard new hires Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks Maintain communication with staff, management, and clients Step in to cover shifts as needed (up to 50% of workweek) Address performance issues and support employee development Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation Prior supervisory experience in security or related field What We're Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally Solid judgment and problem-solving ability Dependable and detail-oriented Additional Information: Must be able to travel locally as needed May require occasional overtime or schedule adjustments Background check required HS Diploma GED or H.S.
