This person will drive sustainable growth and organisational impact by leading fundraising, marketing, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and event strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-value partnerships with corporate investors, donors, NGOs, and government stakeholders, while elevating the organisation’s visibility and reputation in the market. POSITION INFO: Key Requirements: Develop and execute fundraising and revenue strategies aligned with organisational goals. Identify and secure new corporate sponsors, donors, and funding partners. Manage and strengthen existing donor and investor relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and funding pitches. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government entities. Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and stakeholder engagements. Align partnerships with shared value initiatives and long-term impact goals. Ensure consistent, professional, and effective stakeholder communication. Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all communication channels. Create impactful campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and content to support fundraising and brand awareness. Manage public relations activities and media exposure opportunities. Manage all social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Develop content strategies aligned with organisational objectives. Monitor, analyse, and optimise digital engagement and campaign performance. Drive online fundraising and awareness initiatives. Plan and execute fundraising events, activations, and stakeholder engagements. Coordinate event logistics, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholder participation. Ensure events strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder relationships. Leverage events to maximise marketing and fundraising opportunities. Develop and maintain the organisation’s brand identity and guidelines. Ensure consistent brand application across all platforms and materials. Drive brand campaigns aligned with the organisation’s mission and values. Monitor and manage brand perception and reputation. Prepare donor reports, impact reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication materials. Communicate organisational outcomes, impact stories, and value delivered. Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication. Ensure all messaging aligns with organisational strategy, values, and objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record in fundraising within foundations, NGOs, NPOs, or related sectors. Strong understanding of sales techniques, market research, and brand management principles. Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management experience. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software. Strong cultural sensitivity and interpersonal competence. High levels of persistence, resilience, energy, and positivity. Strong ethical standards and commitment to transparency. Loyal, reliable, and committed to the organisation’s long-term mission and vision. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt within a dynamic environment. Strong alignment with the organisation’s values, culture, and ethos. Experience and understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Fluency in multiple languages. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage donors, partners, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
