Role and Responsibilities: As a Stock and Merchandising Associate, you will manage product placement and ensure store presentation meets PepsiCo standards. Your main duties will include: Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with PepsiCo products at assigned retail locationsRotate inventory on shelves and in storage to maintain product quality and freshnessMove products from backroom to sales floor using U-Boats, pallet jacks, and hand trucksSet up and maintain promotional displays and ensure signage is properly positionedOrganize backroom areas and follow product rotation guidelinesBuild positive relationships with store staff and resolve any product or display issuesReport store-related concerns to managers and PepsiCo leadershipFollow daily operational procedures including scan-in/scan-out and route complianceDeliver professional and responsive customer service during store visitsUse handheld devices to track inventory and manage orders efficientlyMaintain punctuality and consistent attendancePerform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, lifting (20–45 lbs), pushing, and pulling throughout the shiftRequired Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs repeatedlyStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accuratelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAvailability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as requiredValid driver’s license may be required depending on the roleCompensation and Benefits: Hands-on, engaging role with opportunities to build customer relationshipsConsistent work schedule with potential for growth and career advancementSupportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environmentAbout PepsiCo: PepsiCo is a global leader in the food and beverage industry, with a portfolio of well-known brands including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Lay’s, Doritos, and Tropicana.
