Key Responsibilities Safety and Workplace Culture: Cultivate a safe and respectful atmosphere through courteous interactions with customers, colleagues, and store management. Eligibility & Physical demands Experience in customer service roles within retail, grocery, hospitality, or drug store environments is highly regarded for this position. Although not mandatory, having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong communication skills and organizational capabilities are essential for following instructions and interpreting operational materials. The job involves physical requirements like lifting weights of 30-50 lbs above shoulder height, as well as frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and repetitive lifting. Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills are imperative in this high-energy team setting.
