A fleet management company in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operation and maintenance of a large vehicle fleet. You will schedule servicing and repairs, manage fuel consumption and costs, monitor driver behaviour, and ensure all vehicles are licensed and roadworthy. Fleet management software experience is desirable. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate transportation activities including route planning, load consolidation, carrier selection, and delivery scheduling. Monitor and report on KPIs including on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, and transport costs. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, delivery shortfalls, damaged goods, and returns, implementing corrective actions. Prepare and process all import and export documentation including customs declarations, bills of entry, and shipping instructions. Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching to meet productivity targets. Supervise warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift drivers, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Requirements A valid driver's licence is essential; own transport may be required for roles involving site visits or shift work. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, transport management, or a related field. A minimum of two to four years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of South African customs regulations, import and export procedures, and Incoterms for international logistics. Qualifications Relevant Experience with SAPICS or CILT Certification
