Healthcare Service Consultant required for a reputable Financial advisory company based in East London , Eastern Cape Requirements: Min NQF level 5 qualification RE5 Regulatory qualification CMS Accredited will be advantageous Out of Supervision will be advantageous Class of Business 3+ years RELEVANT work experience in medical aid industry Applicants who do not have strong knowledge and experience in respect of dealing with various medical aid companies will not be considered EXCELLENT interpersonal and administrative skills Ability to work in pressurised environment with difficult clients Must be willing, once declared competent by the company, to be registered as an authorised representative of the company in order to provide medical aid advice to clients Processing of new business and member plan changes and dealing with client queries, claims and other administrative matters
