Job Title - Demo Laborer Industry- Construction Why is the position open - Growing in this area. Pay Rate- $21 Location: Shop is in Henrico, VA 23231 ***Travel for when they are temps: candidates MUST have Drivers license and vehicle. Cannot rely on someone getting a ride from someone or bus route. Must be able to travel! Big part of the job. Eventually will get company vehicle to get to sites. Shift hours will vary at different job sites but normally 7am - 3:30pm. Could be working night shift depending on jobs. Not often but does happen 3 most important things client needs this person to have - Physically able to work long hours, Valid Drivers License and Vehicle., Experience in the Construction industry ideal but not required. Job Description/Duties Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel to job sites if needed MUST BE ABLE TO DO PHYSICAL LABOR/DEMO CLEAN UP. Some type of construction background as they will work outside in the elements Must be safety minded Able to follow directions, stay on task, and work with minimal supervision This person could be supervising people if they are reliable and can be at work every day Looking for candidates that have experience with demolition contractors, general contractors, or excavating companies Physical Demands Very Physically Demanding Job! Will be lifting heavy items throughout the day more than likely Moving parts of concrete, brick, flooring, wood, etc. Will be working 8-10 hour shifts mostly. Will be working on their feet throughout entire shift #MBS1
