The ideal candidate should also be comfortable offering Virtual Assistance and maintaining records using CRM Software. Key Responsibilities: * Assess client finances and review Credit Reports for accuracy, discrepancies, and potential Fraud Detection * Develop personalized debt management and budgeting plans, including support for clients dealing with Bankruptcy * Educate clients on Credit Scoring, financial habits, and long-term credit improvement strategies * Maintain clear Customer Service standards and professional Communication Etiquette in all client interactions Credit Repair Duties: * Identify errors, inaccuracies, and potential fraud on Credit Reports and guide clients through dispute processes * Draft and review compliant dispute Letters aligned with FCRA guidelines * Utilize Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques to resolve credit and Employment Dispute-related reporting issues where applicable * Advise clients on improving credit profiles and maintaining strong financial standing * Provide strategies to rebuild and sustain good credit after negative events such as collections or Bankruptcy We are looking for a highly skilled Credit Repair Expert to assist clients in boosting their Credit Scoring and resolving disputes effectively. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with credit report analysis, identifying inaccuracies, filing disputes, and navigating FCRA regulations to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
