Security Officer

Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Security Management Monitor entry and exit of all personnel, visitors, and vehiclesMaintain gate register (inward/outward entries)Verify ID cards, gate passes, and delivery challansPreventing unauthorized access to site2. Material & Asset Protection Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate passPrevent theft, pilferage, and misuse of company assetsConduct random checks of vehicles and workers (as per policy)Maintain records of material movement3. Surveillance & Monitoring Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activitiesConduct regular patrolling of the entire site (day/night)Identify security risks such as unsafe areas or blind spots4. Safety Compliance Support Ensure workers follow safety rules (helmet, PPE, etc.)Restrict unsafe practices and report violationsAssist safety team during emergency situations5. Incident Reporting Report theft, damage, accidents, or suspicious activitiesPrepare daily incident and security reportsMaintain logbook of all activities6. Emergency Handling Respond to emergencies like fire, accidents, or conflictsCoordinate with police, fire brigade, or ambulance if requiredAssist in evacuation procedures7.
