Our client in the Office Automation industry is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator , in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for production and sales operations. Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and highlight discrepancies. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely replenishment, delivery, and return of stock. Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming stock, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards. Generate stock reports including movement summaries, aging analyses, and inventory levels to support operational decisions. Implement and maintain stock control systems and processes to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Enforce stock control policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and industry standards. Liaise with sales and finance departments to reconcile inventory records, invoices, and sales orders. Support warehouse staff with training in stock handling procedures, safety protocols, and system usage. Assist warehouse team with Business Central and ACCPAC functions. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers. Handle manual inbounds/outbounds and perform daily PI counts. Create and maintain part numbers on Granite, as required. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and KPI boards. Compile and compare daily reports between internal teams and transporters. Track and document all inbound and outbound inventory movement through daily in/out book entries. Monitor vehicle inspections and ensure proper record-keeping. Review and archive PODs daily; follow up on undelivered items and reschedule accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment. Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and maintain supply chain efficiency. Requirements: Qualification in Warehouse & Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Essential) 3 – 5 years’ experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution Centre, or Transport & Distribution environments. Proven experience in stock control, warehouse administration, and inventory systems. Proficiency in Granite WMS, Business Central, and/or ACCPAC. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. High attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and inventory best practices. Commitment to delivering high-quality internal and external customer service. Code 8 Driver’s License will be an added advantage. Remuneration: Up to R273 000 per annum plus medical aid and pension fund.
