Role Summary Take on the exciting opportunity to join Dollar Tree as a Retail Merchandising Lead, working closely with the Store Manager to oversee a team of associates. Focus on managing high-volume merchandising activities and ensuring smooth freight processing. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales and offering great bargains to the local community in Hidalgo. Key Responsibilities Merchandising Excellence: Develop and execute Sales Planners on a monthly basis. Maintain impactful displays like Clip Strips and Power Panels to increase sales effectiveness on the sales floor. Eligibility and physical prerequisites Having prior retail and management experience is strongly preferred. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required to lead teams and assist customers appropriately. Physical demands include being able to lift 30-50 lbs above shoulder height and engaging in frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and repetitive lifting.
