Warehouse and Logistics Manager — The Studio North America Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite) | Full Time / Exempt About Us The Studio North America is an integrated creative agency delivering industry leading experiential events, brand activations, in house fabrication, production, and furniture & décor rentals. We design and execute high impact environments—from concept to installation—across entertainment, hospitality, corporate and trade show markets. About the Role: The Warehouse and Event Logistics Manager directs and guides the warehouse staff including asset team, warehouse technicians, the loading team, leads, and drivers. The Warehouse and Event Logistics Manager will work with other department leaders or Executive Team to create a collaborative environment where team members thrive, and The Studio is consistently set up to exceed client expectations. What You'll Do: Facilitate transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues as needed. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping. Supervise the activities of warehouse staff, conduct meetings, interview, select and train supervisory personnel. Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management. Enforce, develop, or implement warehouse safety and activities. Ensure delivery/shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated. Review work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments. Inspect and maintain physical condition of warehouse, vehicle fleets or equipment, maintenance, repairs, or replacements. Schedule or monitor pickup, returns, delivery or distribution of products or materials. Manage, create, and update weekly schedule, event installations and tear downs including onsite installations. Oversee the warehouse event load team and unloading of event trucks in conjunction with priority staffing when needed. Ensure all items on the event orders are loaded efficiently and securely in vehicles. Communicate with operations to ensure accuracy of event orders pertaining to inventory availability. Attend weekly Event Operation meetings and maintain an orderly folder of events. Document and report any damaged items. Work Set-ups and Loadouts as necessary. Manage the rental vehicle program. Assist with the input of items into Intellievent. Manage the company’s inventory, both on hand and electronic. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid Nevada driver’s license: ability to travel/site visit as needed. Two (2) years of event hospitality experience. Three to five years of warehouse and logistical experience. One (1) year experience driving a box truck. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Forklift certification a plus. Familiar with the RAMP (a financial credit software.) Familiar with Intellievent. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
