Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and front desk support activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor check-in processes, issue access credentials as directed, and communicate with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or service requests.Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.Support daily operations by answering questions, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, monitoring phones and/or desk communications, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
