Role summary This warehouse role supports material handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, quality checks, equipment care, and daily warehouse organization. Daily responsibilities Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.Sort, stack, and organize materials in designated storage areas.Store materials securely to help prevent damage and accidents.Assist with cycle counts and inventory record accuracy.Restock materials as needed to maintain inventory levels.Pick materials and products to support customer orders or production needs.Pack and prepare materials for shipment with correct labels and secure packaging.Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to meet order deadlines.Inspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies.Report damaged or low-quality materials to supervisors.Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and handling materials.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Conduct routine warehouse equipment checks and report malfunctions.Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.Report inventory discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate personnel.Support warehouse efficiency and productivity goals.Process RMA kits for customer premise equipment returns.Assist with screening and cleaning returned customer premise equipment items.What this role involves Material handling and warehouse organization.Inventory management and cycle counts.Order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.Quality control checks for received and stored materials.Safety compliance and clean work area maintenance.Routine equipment checks and proper equipment storage.Team communication and issue reporting.
