We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to repair, maintain and remodel Military Family Housing units. Responsibilities: Repair minor defects in houses, homes, apartments and buildingsComplete all routine maintenance requirements in vacant units between residentsAccomplish all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodelsMaintain a clean and a safe work spacePerform all other duties, as assignedQualifications: 3 years previous experience in maintenance or other related service fieldsExperience related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishesFamiliarity with hand-held tools and equipmentOwn personal hand tools - bench and specialty tools provided by the companyAbility to handle physical workloadMust have current Drivers license without federal limitsMust have current auto insurance and registration.
