Role and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Picker Packer position is a physically demanding role focused on building accurate pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, ensuring precise order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse safety standards. The role requires operating forklifts or electronic pallet jacks while working with electronic or printed order systems. Assemble pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucksOperate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks to move and stage product loadsProcess orders using electronic systems or printed order sheetsVerify order accuracy and maintain proper documentationFollow warehouse procedures for load building and stagingUnload raw materials and place them in assigned storage areasLoad transport trucks with completed pallets and manage returned materialsSelect and stack products for bulk loading, shrink-wrap, and stage for deliveryCustomize route truck loads based on salesperson requestsUnload returned products and packaging materialsLift cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly during long shiftsEngage in continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and graspingMaintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure a safe working environmentPrimary Job Accountabilities: Use power pallet jacks or forklifts to pick and build loads according to load sheets or voice-pick systemsIdentify and mark load tickets for items that are out of stockWrap and secure completed pallets for deliverySubmit paperwork for order verification and truck inspections before loadingStage finished pallets and load them into trucksComplete and properly store partial or mixed palletsDemonstrate reliable and consistent attendanceRequired Skills and Experience: Ability to lift and handle cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly throughout shiftsCapacity to work in a physically demanding environment with constant movementAttention to detail to ensure order accuracy and compliance with documentation standardsCommitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness within the warehouseWork Conditions: Willingness to work in varying weather conditionsFlexibility with shift lengths based on daily workloadPhysically intensive environment requiring repetitive lifting and movementCompensation and Benefits: Details regarding compensation and benefits are provided directly by PepsiCo during the hiring process.
