The Warehouse Administrator, reporting to the Assistant Manager, is the hub for communication within the Distribution Centre. Responsibilities include managing health and safety documentation, executing inventory control tasks, and connecting with various departments to meet operational goals. You will also provide analytics support to enhance warehouse efficiency and oversee visitor protocols. Key Responsibilities: Manage health and safety program documentationAdminister daily warehouse control functionsLiaise with purchasing on vendor issuesFacilitate visitor check-in and orientationsDeliver data analytics to warehouse supervisors Requirements:Required: High School Diploma; warehouse admin certification is a plusMust have over 3 years of administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageousStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCapable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment Utilize your administrative skills and commitment to safety in the impactful role at UFA.
