About the Role Oversee Night Operations: Manage all night shift warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and coordination with day shift teams. Lead and Develop Staff: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards. Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Implement inventory control procedures, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards through inspections, audits, and staff training to promote a safe workplace. Manage Quality and Facility Standards: Uphold product quality and warehouse cleanliness, address maintenance issues, and prepare regular operational and safety reports. What you bring to the Pak Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within a cold storage or distribution environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Certifications: OSHA or HACCP certification preferred; forklift certification a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities; excellent organizational and time management skills; proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures; effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; capable of working independently under pressure.
