Job Details Hourly Rate: $20 per hour Available Shift Schedules: Saturday and Sunday 8AM-4pm Professional appearance - clean, well-groomed, confident presence. Must look the part at all times.Service-oriented mindset - polite, calm, and respectful with residents while maintaining authority.Strong communication skills - clear, professional speech; comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.Situational awareness & discretion - understands access control, reads situations well, and avoids unnecessary escalation.Reliability & consistency - dependable, punctual, and understands that resident satisfaction is critical.
