We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services. ## The Opportunity MOR PPM Inc. is seeking a general labor professional for a full-time position located in Palatka, Florida at the Seminole Plant site. In this role, you'll perform intensive physical construction labor duties and tasks to complete projects. You must be willing to perform a variety of tasks depending on the project at various construction sites. The ideal candidate has a sense of ownership, is enthusiastic, is honest, and shows pride in their work and in being part of a team. ## What You'll Do Your daily responsibilities will include general labor work such as lifting, climbing, hosing, and working at different heights. You'll work in enclosed tanks and containers, both inside and outside the facility. You'll also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining areas throughout the plant to keep our work environment safe and productive. ## What We're Looking For You must have at least 1 year of work experience as a laborer. Beyond that, this position requires significant physical capability. You'll need to be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, and you must possess the strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions of the role. You must be comfortable moving in and around confined spaces and uneven areas, and maintain full range of motion consistent with your age. The ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders is essential, as is adequate hearing to respond to voice commands, alerts from other employees, alarms, and other job-related noises. You'll need visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination consistent with working at heights and on uneven surfaces. Safety and steel toe shoes are required for this position.
