This is a senior global role with accountability for designing, governing and simplifying enterprise‑wide security frameworks. The position focuses on process enhancement, automation, data‑driven insights and tool enablement, ensuring that physical security, CNI requirements and GSOC capabilities are integrated into a coherent, intelligence‑led operating model that protects people, assets and operations worldwide. How you’ll make an impact: Own and govern global Physical Security and CNI Security regulations, standards, processes and training frameworks. Ensure consistent implementation and compliance across all regions, countries and business units. Maintain alignment with applicable regulatory, contractual and customer CNI security requirements. Lead assurance activities, ISO audits, maturity assessments and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Drive the simplification and global standardization of physical security and CNI processes. Reduce duplication and regional variation by establishing a single, coherent program framework. Enable Security Managers and regional teams to focus on risk‑based decision‑making by removing unnecessary administrative burden. Lead the automation of security workflows, reporting and compliance activities. Ensure optimal use of enterprise platforms including Everbridge, ServiceNow, Microsoft (SharePoint & Power BI) and GSOC technologies. Improve data quality, visibility and analytics to support informed, executive‑level decision‑making. Integrate physical security and CNI requirements into GSOC operating models and procedures. Define clear escalation, monitoring and response pathways for physical and CNI‑related incidents. Strengthen coordination and information flow between sites, regional security teams and the GSOC. Act as the global subject matter expert for Physical Security and CNI. Provide pragmatic, proportionate and risk‑based security advice to business units, projects and functions. Develop targeted training, awareness and guidance materials for relevant audiences. Engage cross‑functionally with Real Estate, HSE, legal, Cyber Security and Business stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Qualification into Bachelor degree in relevant subject (minimum). Must have 5 years of experience in the relevant field. Extensive, demonstrated experience managing security operations in a global environment, gained within government (e.g. military, police, intelligence services), an international organization or a multinational corporation. Senior leadership experience in physical security and/or CNI security. Strong understanding of regulatory, legal and contractual CNI security requirements. Proven experience in security governance, programming transformation and process automation. Practical experience leveraging enterprise platforms and security technologies, including access control and monitoring tools. Experience working with or integrating GSOC / command-center operating models. Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-regional transformation initiatives. Working knowledge of international frameworks and associations such as ICoCA and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. Professional Security qualifications such as ASIS CPP, PSP preferred. Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 20%) Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
