Track financial performance related to contracts, including budget adherence, invoice processing, and expense management. Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring all agreements are updated and executed before expiration. Oversee the execution of services provided to customers, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet company quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing concerns, questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.

Requirements· Expertise in managing contracts, from auditing to renewals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

· Strong experience in visit planning, including scheduling and follow-up visits.
