As a Market Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our regional business development efforts. This position is designed for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in international markets. Success in this role means building strong client relationships, producing in-depth market insights, and helping the team win projects through effective research, coordination, and support. You will be directly contributing to our company’s growth by bridging market intelligence with actionable strategies. Responsibilities Conduct weekly client visits under the direction of the Regional Manager. Participate in local industry forums and exhibitions to build connections and gather insights. Support customer development by performing in-depth research on key accounts, including company structure, financial reports, business scope, decision-makers, and relevant preferences. Assist in bid preparation by researching local material, equipment, and labor costs. Prepare country-specific electricity sector analysis reports. Draft country-level policy research reports to support business strategy. Qualifications Prior experience in international market development or sales; power industry experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. Excellent coordination, research, and interpersonal skills.
