CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN CAPRE / KURUMAN AREA Duties & Responsibilities Hardware Management [new and existing hardware] Review operational effectiveness of hardware and identify inactive hardware requiring immediate action for repair or replacement Undertake scheduled inspections for Optimizer Lite hardware Inspect hardware and assess whether to repair/ replace Install/ De-install/ oversee the installation/ decommissioning of hardware Test the installation effectiveness Diagnose reason for hardware malfunction and report Clearly mark and package the removed unit(s) for reuse Training of attendants and equipment operators Health and Safety compliance Desired Experience & Qualification Matric / Grade 12 Certificate Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g., N3–N6, Trade Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering) Drivers Licence – Code B Health and Safety Certification e.g., SAMTRAC, NOSA, First Aid, Firefighting, or HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) HARD SKILLS REQUIRED Equipment Maintenance & Repair Instrumentation & Calibration Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting Technical Drawing & Schematics Reading Testing Procedures Tool Handling & Safety PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude Equipment Operation Machinery maintenance Optimizer Lite Solution software Data logging and reporting Mining Equipment Operation Preventative & Reactive Maintenance Plant Processing Flow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Standards Shift Handover Procedures Breakdown Reporting & Root Cause Analysis Stock & Spares Usage PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES ​​​​​​​PLC & SCADA Systems Diagnostic Tools Digital Work Order Systems Calibration Software Two-Way Radios & Dispatch Systems Safety Management Software Industrial IoT Interfaces Package & Remuneration R30 000.00 Total CTC Interested?
