Key Responsibilities - Control curbside traffic flow and enforce loading zones - Monitor roadways, parking, and vehicle corridors - Report hazards, security concerns, and suspicious activity to SOC - Enforce Airport Authority traffic directives - Provide customer service and visible security presence - Communicate incidents and operational issues - Perform other groundside duties as required Mobile Patrol Security Guard The Mobile Patrol Security Guard conducts proactive patrols across airport property to detect, deter, and report security, safety, and operational concerns. Access Control & Security - Monitor, issue, and report RAIC, TEP, and Visitor passes - Enforce Airport Authority security, traffic, and operations directives - Inspect/search vehicles and goods at Restricted Area access points - Secure scenes and preserve evidence as required Patrol & Monitoring - Conduct foot and vehicle patrols (airside, groundside, terminal, restricted areas, CATSA/CBSA zones, perimeter) - Perform airside and perimeter checks - Provide curbside coverage as needed Safety & Reporting - Monitor and report FOD, fuel spills, wildlife, waste, hazards - Manage unattended/abandoned items - Notify SOC of incidents and non-compliance - Complete required reports Emergency & Operations - Participate in Emergency Response Plan - Assist with irregular aircraft stand assignments - Perform other duties as assigned Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operator The Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operator is responsible for centralized monitoring, communication, access control oversight, and emergency coordination in support of airport security operations. Key Responsibilities - Verify RAIC, and Visitor passes, control access to Restricted Areas - Operate access control, CCTV, intrusion, and alarm systems - Manage telephone, intercom, radio, and public address communications - Relay alarm and incident information to emergency responders - Monitor facilities systems and report faults - Log incidents and generate required reports - Process video surveillance review requests - Complete other duties as assigned

Curbside Security Guard

The Curbside Security Guard is responsible for maintaining safe, secure, and efficient groundside operations at the terminal curbside and associated roadway areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Control curbside traffic flow and enforce loading zones - Monitor roadways, parking, and vehicle corridors - Report hazards, security concerns, and suspicious activity to SOC - Enforce Airport Authority traffic directives - Provide customer service and visible security presence - Communicate incidents and operational issues - Perform other groundside duties as required

Access Control & Security

- Monitor, issue, and report RAIC, TEP, and Visitor passes - Enforce Airport Authority security, traffic, and operations directives - Inspect/search vehicles and goods at Restricted Area access points - Secure scenes and preserve evidence as required

- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols (airside, groundside, terminal, restricted areas, CATSA/CBSA zones, perimeter) - Perform airside and perimeter checks - Provide curbside coverage as needed
