Entry level helpers should possess at least 3-months working experience in an industrial construction setting. Top Helpers Top Helpers have declared a specific craft discipline and should possess at least 2-years working experience in an industrial construction setting. Journeyman Journeyman should possess at least 3-years or more working experience in their declared craft discipline in an industrial construction setting.
