Job Summary The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves observing CCTV footage, identifying suspicious activities, maintaining security records, and coordinating with security personnel during incidents. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems continuously to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior, security breaches, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and daily security activities.Coordinate with security guards and management during emergencies or security incidents.Review and retrieve recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.Ensure all CCTV equipment and monitoring systems are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.Control access monitoring systems and verify visitor movements where applicable.Follow company security procedures, policies, and emergency response protocols.Prepare incident reports and submit them to the Security Supervisor/Manager.Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive security information.Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance is an advantage.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV monitoring software.Good observation, attention to detail, and analytical skills.Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.Strong communication and reporting skills.Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Knowledge of basic security and emergency response procedures.Experience 1–3 years of experience in CCTV operations, security services, or a similar role preferred.Freshers with relevant training/certification may also apply.Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person
