The General Labor associate is responsible for supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or production operations by performing a variety of physical tasks to ensure daily operations run efficiently and safely. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materialsPack, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment or storageAssemble products, components, or materials according to work instructionsAssist with production, assembly, packaging, and warehouse operations as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasOperate basic hand tools and equipment safelyInspect products and assembled items for quality and report any defects or issuesSupport shipping, receiving, and inventory activitiesMaintain productivity standards while meeting deadlinesFollow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasksFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and workplace regulationsAssist with additional duties as assignedQualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience preferred but not requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong work ethic and willingness to learnFlexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
