Job Description: We are currently hiring Security Guards in Winnipeg to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security Control access to the premises and verify visitors Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely manner Write clear and detailed incident reports Provide excellent customer service and assistance when needed Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay alert and act quickly in high-pressure situations Must be reliable and punctual Security experience is preferred but not mandatory Valid Manitoba Security Guard License is mandatory Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts Day, evening, overnight, and weekend availability This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of maintaining a safe environment while developing valuable skills in security operations.
