We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Officer to manage and oversee security operations across multiple client locations. Key Responsibilities: Security guards recruitment & manpower planningDeployment of guards to client locationsDaily field visits & site inspectionsMonitoring attendance and discipline of guardsHandling client coordination & issue resolutionTraining & briefing security personnelEnsuring smooth operations at all sitesMaintaining reports (attendance, incidents, deployment)Emergency handling & quick responseRequirements: Experience in security field / manpower handling (1–3 years preferred)Good communication skills (Tamil + Basic English)Two-wheeler with valid license (Must)Ability to handle multiple sitesLeadership & problem-solving skillsBasic reporting knowledge (WhatsApp / Excel)Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)Petrol AllowanceMobile AllowanceEPF / ESICPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)Petrol AllowanceMobile AllowanceEPF / ESICPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
