Location: Residential Complex near Dwarka Expressway, NCR Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 12-hour duty (Day/Night rotation as required) Weekly Off: 1 day per week Role Overview The Assistant Security Officer (ASO) will be responsible for the overall supervision, discipline, and operational efficiency of approximately 80 security personnel deployed at a large residential complex. The ASO will act as the primary liaison between the Client (RWA/Management) and the Security Agency, ensuring smooth coordination and high standards of security service delivery. Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Supervision Supervise and manage deployment of ~80 security guards across gates, towers, and common areas. Ensure proper rostering, attendance, and shift management. Conduct regular patrols and surprise checks across the premises. Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and movement registers. 2. Liaison & Coordination Act as the single point of contact between the client (RWA/Management) and the security agency. Attend meetings with client representatives and implement directives. Ensure prompt escalation and resolution of security-related issues. 3. Discipline & Conduct Enforce strict discipline, turnout, and decorum among all guards. Ensure adherence to SOPs, post duties, and code of conduct. Take corrective actions in case of negligence or misconduct. 4. Training & Development Conduct regular on-site training and briefings for guards. Train personnel in access control, visitor handling, emergency response, and soft skills. Ensure guards are alert, well-informed, and professionally presented at all times. 5. Security & Safety Compliance Ensure proper functioning of access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management. Enforce parking discipline, fire safety norms, and emergency protocols. Coordinate during emergencies (fire, medical, security breaches) and lead response actions. Eligibility CriteriaPreferred Background Ex-Serviceman / Ex-Paramilitary personnel (highly preferred) Alternate Qualification Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in security services At least 2–3 years as a Supervisor/ASO in a large residential society or township Other Requirements Age: Not more than 50 years Physically fit and active (capable of patrolling and handling emergencies) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of reporting, registers, and security documentation Compensation & Benefits Salary: 38,500/- per month + 3600 PF All statutory compliances (ESI, PF, etc.) will be provided Weekly off as per roster Pay: ₹38,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
