Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.53 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeThur12:00 PM - 08:00 PMFri08:00 PM - 04:00 AMSat08:00 PM - 04:00 AMSun08:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk responsibilities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, and following visitor management protocols.Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.Complete logs, reports, and other required documentation related to front desk activity, access events, and other security-related observations.
