Introduction A growing Clinical Healthcare and Rehabilitation facility is seeking to secure Clinical Managers to join their Management Team. The Group is based in Cape Town and provides a range of rehabilitation treatment and support services for patients through their various clinic facilties. Applicants will ideally have previous experience in mental healthcare , eating disorder and addiction treatment. Duties & Responsibilities Clinic Manager Responsibilities & Duties Managing Clinical staff and co-operating with group managers Developing and implementing hospital policies and procedures Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Maintaining Registration with the Licensing Bodies, applying for relevant licensing where required, and implementing associated measures in order to acquire and maintain such licenses Monitoring clinic budgets and financial performance Coordinating patient care services and quality of care Implementing best practices in healthcare management Liaising with medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders Handling public relations and community outreach Managing clinic resources and inventory Desired Experience & Qualification A 3-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to an NQF level 7 Consideration of a Post Graduate degree or a related qualification at NQF level 8 in Psychology would be advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Managerial role, preferably within a hospital / clinical setting Prior experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations Proven leadership and management abilities Strong financial acumen Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Comprehensive knowledge of hospital / clinic operations and administration Strong leadership and team management skills Package & Remuneration A market related Remuneration Package on a Cost to Company basis will be offered to successful candidates , with relevant experience.
