Job Position Description: This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to: Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areas Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean and maintain restrooms Physical Demands and Qualifications: Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
