Oversee day-to-day access operations, including building access, CCTV monitoring, and alarm responses. Investigate security incidents, breaches, or thefts to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Lead the response team during active security breaches, medical emergencies, or natural disasters. Develop and execute evacuation, disaster recovery, and emergency response plans. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise security guards, officers, and technical staff. Conduct regular site and system audits to identify security gaps and potential threats. Ensure the organization adheres to local safety, privacy, and physical/digital security regulations. Prepare detailed threat and incident reports for executive management. Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external security vendors. Fostering a culture of security awareness and training employees on security protocols and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Ex-servicemen , with 10-15 years of experience in the overseeing the security aspects in large organizations Well-versed with EHS aspects
