Position Overview We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Events Assistant to help support our promotional campaigns and sales-focused events. This on-site position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, works well in a high-energy setting, and is interested in gaining practical experience in event coordination, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of daily pop-up activations, connect directly with attendees, and serve as a brand ambassador across a range of busy and high-profile locations. It’s a great opportunity to build real-world skills in events, sales, and marketing while strengthening communication and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities Support the setup, dismantling, and overall coordination of promotional event sites. Welcome visitors, answer questions, and share information about products and services. Enhance the customer journey by assisting the sales team during live events. Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure event readiness. Maintain a polished, professional, and inviting event presence. Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and provide reports to supervisors. Ensure all branding elements, displays, and marketing materials are presented correctly. Address on-site challenges proactively to keep events running smoothly. Contribute to post-event evaluations and administrative follow-up tasks. Candidate Profile No previous experience necessary — full training provided. Excellent verbal communication and people skills. Confident in interacting with new individuals and representing a company brand. Physically capable of standing and remaining active for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Capable of managing multiple tasks and adjusting to evolving event needs. Team-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude. Flexible schedule, including availability for select weekdays, evenings, or weekends based on event requirements.
