Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing orders, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems to ensure smooth and safe distribution processes. Duties Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods Operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and order pickers safely to move heavy or bulky items Perform order picking accurately using warehouse management systems and manual methods Conduct inventory counts and update records accordingly Use basic math skills to verify quantities and measurements during order fulfillment Handle heavy lifting safely to load and unload products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Support mechanical tasks or troubleshooting related to warehouse equipment when needed Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred but not required Familiarity with operating clamp trucks, forklifts, and order pickers is highly desirable Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment maintenance is advantageous Ability to perform order picking accurately and efficiently using various tools and systems Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and equipment operation Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements are essential Pay: $21.00-$24.05 per hour Benefits Casual dress Company events Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Work Location: In person
