As a Concierge Security Guard, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. This position places a strong emphasis on customer service, as you will interact with emploees, visitors, and clients throughout your entire shift in a dynamic office setting. You will have the opportunity to leverage your security expertise and customer service skills to deliver exceptional front-line support, while representing our organization with professionalism and care. Hourly wage of $21 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Full-time opportunities are available from Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts including 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, and 00:00 - 08:00 Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Manage access control Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC Security License First Aid Certification (OFA Basic) – required Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone and computer skills Previous concierge experience (minimum of 6 months) This could be more than a job!
